Red Bourbon coffee
Red Bourbon is the classic red-cherry expression of Bourbon, the benchmark against which the yellow and orange sub-varieties are described.
Where it appears on a label, it usually signals that a producer has separated a specific block of older Bourbon planting from the rest of the farm. Expect caramel sweetness, red fruit and a soft, rounded acidity.
